Emma has worked within the insolvency industry for the last 18 years, and gained her Certificate of
Proficiency in Insolvency in 2019.
Emma has extensive corporate and personal experience, undertaking Court Liquidations, Creditors
Voluntary Liquidations, Members Voluntary Liquidations, Company Voluntary Arrangements, Trust
Deeds, Sequestrations and Judicial Factors across a broad range of sectors including construction,
hospitality, property lettings and retail.
For Emma, the best part of working in insolvency is finding solutions to clients’ issues by applying the tools available to her. Although insolvency can be challenging at times, Emma is able to provide the necessary advice and support by listening to people and understanding their problems.
In her personal time Emma likes reading, travelling, and socialising with friends and family.
