Debbie works as the Head of People Development at Middlebrooks and fulfils a key role within the Leadership Team. Her role is to lead the evaluation, development and implementation of best-in-class people strategies which will drive Middlebrooks towards its vision to leave people feeling more positive after an interaction, particularly as an employer of choice, and to support the business in achieving its vision and mission.
Debbie has over 10 years of experience managing a broad range of people and teams across all sectors.
Debbie shares that at Middlebrooks we have a fantastic team and everyone is supportive of each other and there’s a real sense of helping each other to grow and succeed. Debbie believes that we have team spirit and we work really well as a group to achieve our goals.

Debbie enjoys a broad range of hobbies in her spare time. She loves country music and regularly attends concerts across the UK. She also enjoys cooking and baking, and most recently she has created a kitchen garden and taken up vegetable growing!
